Planning Strategy of Modern Water Network Construction in Jinan City
The article takes the modern water network construction plan of Jinan City as the research object.Starting from the analysis of water resource supply and demand in Jinan City,the total water supply,precipitation,and total water resources in Jinan City,it has been found that there is currently a shortage of water resources in Jinan City Using this as an internal planning system indicator,a planning strategy for the construction of modern water networks in Jinan was further proposed.Using this as an external planning indicator,the AHP analytic hierarchy process was used to establish an evaluation system for the construction of modern water networks in Jinan.The research results indicate that in the planning of modern water network construction in Jinan,the internal planning indicators have the highest weight and should focus on the shortage of water resources in Jinan.In addition,external planning and construction should focus on water environment protection and water ecosystem restoration to ensure the effectiveness of modern water network construction planning in Jinan.Based on this,promoting the modern water network construction plan in Jinan requires a reasonable layout,clear focus,and use this as the construction goal to achieve sustainable utilization of water resources.
