Investigation and Analysis of Rainstorm Flood in Shuiyangjiang River Basin in 2020
From July 1 to July 7,2020,Jiangbei and Wannan regions in Anhui Province were jointly affected by the cold front moving southward from the north and the warm and humid air flow moving northward from the south,resulting in heavy rain to rainstorm in the basin,and extremely heavy rainstorm in some regions.The Shuiyang River Basin has been greatly affected.It is recommended to reasonably increase the flow measurement cross-section of small and medium-sized rivers in the Shuiyang River Basin tributary basin,implement the online flow development and promotion application of basic hydrological stations as soon as possible,and provide accurate hydrological information for flood control departments in time.
