水利水电工程改性聚丙烯纤维混凝土的研究与应用

为提升水利水电工程的抗渗性、耐磨性,保证水利水电工程的使用寿命,以某地区水电水利工程中的水库大坝为例,研究改性聚丙烯纤维混凝土的应用效果。采用水泥、改性聚丙烯纤维、粗、细骨料等原材料制备混凝土J1和J2两种试件,并测试试件的连续孔隙率、耐磨性、渗透系数以及劈裂抗拉强度。测试结果显示,加入改性聚丙烯纤维的J2试件,具有更佳的应用性能,能够更好地提升混凝土的抗渗性以及耐久性,保证水利水电工程的使用寿命。
Research and Application of Modified Polypropylene Fiber Concrete for Water Conservancy and Hydropower Projects
In order to enhance the impermeability and wear resistance of water conservancy and hydropower projects,and to ensure the service life of water conservancy and hydropower projects,this paper takes a reservoir dam in a hydropower hydraulic engineering in an area as an example,and studies the application effect of modified polypropylene fiber concrete.Concrete specimens J1 and J2 were prepared using raw materials such as cement,modified polypropylene fibers,coarse and fine aggregates,and their continuous porosity,wear resistance,permeability coefficient,and splitting tensile strength were tested.The test results show that the J2 specimen with modified polypropylene fiber has better application performance,which can improve the impermeability and durability of concrete,and ensure the service life of water conservancy and hydropower projects.
