基于回填支护法的村镇自来水管道工程施工方法

村镇自来水管道工程施工方法在管道埋设和回填过程中,由于填充不均匀,导致管道稳定性不足,影响使用寿命和供水质量。因此,提出了基于回填支护法的村镇自来水管道工程施工方法。采用手工和机械相结合的开挖方法,开挖沟槽。按照水平距离进行修改和调整引水参数,完成高程控制;定位自来水传输管道并找平找正管道位置,安装减压池、引水阀和排水阀;设计延伸引水龙门架和设定统一的沉降观测点,最终通过回填支护法完成村镇自来水管道工程的施工处理。实验结果表明,经过优化的测试组实现了更高的自来水覆盖比,这表明其实际的联动引水效果更佳。
Construction Method of Village Water Pipeline Project based on Backfill Support Method
In the process of pipeline burying and backfilling of the construction method of village water pipeline project,the uneven filling leads to the lack of pipeline stability,which affects the service life and water supply quality.Therefore,the construction method of village water pipeline project based on backfill support method is put forward.A combination of manual and mechanical excavation method is used to excavate the trench.Modify and adjust the piloting parameters according to the horizontal distance to complete the elevation control.Locate the tap water transmission pipeline,level and align the pipeline position,and install the decompression pool,water inlet valve and drainage valve.Design the extension of the gantry frame and set a unified settlement observation point,and finally complete the construction of the village water pipeline project through the backfill support method.The experimental results show that the optimized test group achieves a higher tap water coverage ratio,which indicates that the actual linkage water diversion effect is better.
