Study on the Modernization Construction of Heishiguan Hydrological Station
Since the implementation of the improvement of measurement and reporting capabilities,Henan Yellow River Hydrology has actively innovated its measurement and reporting methods and upgraded its measurement and reporting technology,and has successively invested a large number of advanced automated monitoring equipment,which further improve its measurement and reporting capabilities and level.The hydrological stations represented by Heishiguan have achieved some achievements in the modernization development of the Yellow River hydrology,but there is still a certain gap from the requirements of modernization construction.In response to the existing shortcomings,targeted development ideas and effective measures are proposed to promote the modernization construction of the Yellow River hydrology in Henan.
