建设项目水保监测中控制站的应用

鉴于工程建设项目土壤侵蚀及水土流失具有与自然水土流失不同的特征,且扰动面积及破坏程度均更大,故应作为水土保持监测及控制的重点。以景德镇浮梁县瑶里景区改扩建工程为例,在概述建设项目水保监测内容的基础上,对控制站设计及工程应用展开分析。结果表明,采用控制站法全面分析工程建设项目实施所造成水土、泥沙流失程度的过程中,量测过程较为简便,量测结果也更加真实准确,该方法在类似开发建设项目水土保持监测中具有普遍适用性。
Application of Control Stations in Water and Soil Conservation Monitoring of Construction Projects
Given that soil erosion and soil and water loss in engineering construction projects have different characteristics from natural soil erosion,and the disturbance area and degree of damage are larger,they should be regarded as the focus of soil and water conservation monitoring and control.Taking the reconstruction and expansion project of Yaoli Scenic Spot in Fuliang County,Jingdezhen as an example,the design and engineering application of control station are analyzed on the basis of summarizing the contents of water and soil conservation monitoring of the construction project.The results indicate that in the process of comprehensively analyzing the degree of soil and sediment loss caused by the implementation of engineering construction projects using the control station method,the measurement process is relatively simple,and the measurement results are more authentic and accurate.This method has universal applicability in soil and water conservation monitoring of similar development and construction projects.
