输水管线工程大体积混凝土浇筑温度应力控制

为探索适合输水管线镇支墩结构大体积混凝土浇筑温度应力控制的有效措施及实施效果,以新疆一输水管线工程为例,对镇支墩混凝土浇筑温度及温度应力等展开计算,基于计算结果,从原材料控制、混凝土入模温度控制、冷却水管布设、覆盖保温等方面对温度应力控制措施展开分析。结果表明,大体积混凝土浇筑温度应力控制是类似工程施工质量控制的重难点所在,必须结合工程实际,采取有效措施加强温控,防止温缩裂缝的发生。
Temperature Stress Control of Mass Concrete Pouring in Water Transmission Pipeline Engineering
In order to explore effective measures and implementation effects for temperature stress control of mass concrete pouring suitable for support pier structure of water transmission pipe line,taking a water transmission pipeline project in Xinjiang as an example,the concrete pouring temperature and temperature stress of the buttress pier were calculated.Based on the calculation results,the temperature stress control measures were analyzed from the aspects of raw material control,concrete mold temperature control,cooling water pipe layout,and covering insulation.The results indicate that temperature stress control during mass concrete pouring is a key and difficult point in quality control of similar engineering construction.It is necessary to take effective measures to strengthen temperature control and prevent the occurrence of temperature shrinkage cracks in combination with engineering practice.
