水利工程施工中胶结砂砾石防渗保护结构的应用

为探索胶结砂砾石防渗保护结构在水利水电工程中应用的可行性,以某水利枢纽工程为例,对胶结砂砾石力学性能、变形性能、防渗性能等展开试验验证,得出最佳含气量、粉煤灰掺量、砂率参数取值,并对胶结砂砾石拌和、运输、层面铺筑、垫层平浇等在内的施工要点展开分析探讨。结果表明,所提出的胶结砂砾石防渗保护结构对于水利枢纽大坝加固施工切实可行;施工工艺及质量控制措施对指导该坝型推广应用具有积极作用。
Application of Anti-seepage Protection Structure of Cemented Sand and Gravel in the Construction of Water Conservancy Project
In order to explore the feasibility of cemented sand gravel anti-seepage protection structure in water conservancy and hydropower engineering,taking a certain water conservancy hub project as an example,experimental verification was carried out on the mechanical properties,deformation performance,anti-seepage performance,etc.of cemented sand and gravel.The optimal values of gas content,fly ash content,sand ratio parameters were obtained,and the construction key points including cemented sand and gravel mixing,transportation,layer paving,cushion layer pouring,etc.were analyzed and discussed.The results show that the proposed cemented sand and gravel anti-seepage protection structure is practical and feasible for the reinforcement construction of water conservancy hub dams.The construction technology and quality control measures have a positive effect on guiding the promotion and application of this dam type.
