Construction Technology of Cofferdam for Demolition and Construction of a Pumping Station
The construction technology of cofferdam is the premise and foundation for the construction of pump station,and has great engineering significance for the construction of pump station.Therefore,an analysis and research will be conducted on the practical case of cofferdam construction in the demolition and construction project of Heping North Station pumping station in Qingjiangpu District,Huai'an City.The results show that with a full understanding of the engineering overview,a technical analysis of the construction of steel sheet pile cofferdams on the Erhe River side is carried out from seven aspects:construction process,preparation,measurement and positioning,installation of guide frames,insertion and driving of steel sheet piles,pumping and plugging,and dismantling of steel sheet pile cofferdams;Then the construction technology of soil cofferdam construction sequence,filling soil material and filling technology are studied.Finally the construction quality monitoring points of cofferdam are arranged.It can provide reference for the construction technology of cofferdam for similar pump station demolition and construction projects.
