近年来,赣州市经济发展迅猛,尤其是在《国务院关于支持赣南等原中央苏区振兴发展的若干意见》出台之后,赣州市的发展彻底进入绿色快车通道,正努力建设成为区域性现代化城市。供水系统是城市发展的重要基础,是城市建设和扩张的生命补给线,只有有效保障城市供水系统的稳定和安全,才能为城市发展和居民生活提供物质基础。结合赣州中心城市新发展区域的供水需求,考虑将上犹江引水工程总体规划设想中的在龙华高位处新建集约化的高位龙华水厂工程作为一期工程给予实施,对规划供水区域实现"新水厂集约化",在增量的同时,富余水量还向城区供水,实现部分应急供水的需求。文章通过介绍龙华水厂水利工程建设情况,分析工程承包施工现状,探究施工质量控制方法。
Quality Control Measures for the General Contracting Construction of Water Conservancy Projects in Longhua Water Plant
In recent years,the economy of Ganzhou City has developed rapidly,especially after the issuance of the"Several Opinions of the State Council on Supporting the Revitalization and Development of Former Central Soviet Areas such as Gannan".Ganzhou City has completely entered the green express channel and is striving to become a regional modern city.The water supply system is an important foundation for urban development and a lifeline for urban construction and expansion.Only by effectively ensuring the stability and safety of the urban water supply system can it provide a material foundation for urban development and residents'lives.Considering the water supply needs of the newly developed areas in the central city of Ganzhou,the construction of a new intensive high-level Longhua water plant at the high-level of Longhua,as envisioned in the overall planning of the Shangyou River Water Diversion Project,will be implemented as the first phase of the project.The planned water supply area will achieve"new water plant intensification",and at the same time,the surplus water will also supply water to the urban area,meeting the demand for some emergency water supply.This article introduces the construction situation of the water conservancy project at Longhua Water Plant,analyzes the current situation of engineering contracting construction,and explores the methods of construction quality control.
