The Main Problems and Solutions in the Standardized Management of Bantai Flood Diversion Gates
The implementation of standardized management in sluice engineering is an important foundational work to ensure the safe operation of waterways.In the daily management work of Bantai flood diversion gate in Xincai County,there are some problems such as backward management mode and imperfect facilities.In order to achieve standardized management and ensure the safety of river courses in flood season,the Xincai County River Affairs Center continuously compares and self-inspects,corrects,and improves according to the Evaluation Rules for Standardized Administration of Water Conservancy Projects in Henan Province.This article elaborates on the practical experience of Bantai flood diversion gate in the creation of provincial-level standardized management projects for Sluice engineering in 2023.Relevant issues are sorted out from the aspects of engineering status,safety management,operation and maintenance,management guarantee,and information construction.Measures such as talent team construction,management structure adjustment,and stable financial supply are proposed to gradually achieve the standardized acceptance of water conservancy engineering for Bantai flood diversion gate.
