苗寨水库清淤扩容工程进度管理与优化措施

水库清淤扩容工程是维护水库功能和延长寿命的重要工程。研究针对苗寨水库的清淤扩容工程,提出了一种项目进度管理与优化措施。过程中对苗寨水库的清淤扩容工程概况进行了分析,利用全球导航卫星系统检测装置和计算机系统构建了项目监测系统,之后构建工作分解结构模型对工程项目进度进行优化。实验结果表明,使用研究方法进行施工时,实际劳动总工日为13 211日,少于计划的15 557日。说明研究方法能够有效进行工程项目进度管理与优化。
Project Management and Optimization Measures of Dredging and Expanding Project of Miaozhai Reservoir
The dredging and expanding project of a reservoir is an important project for maintaining function and extending lifespan.A project schedule management and optimization measure has been proposed for the dredging and expanding project of Miaozhai Reservoir.In the process,the general situation of the dredging and expanding project of Miaozhai Reservoir is analyzed.The project monitoring system is constructed by using the global navigation satellite system detection device and computer system.Subsequently,a work breakdown structure model is constructed to optimize the project schedule.The experimental results indicate that when using the research method for construction,the actual total labor days are 13,211 days,which is less than the planned 15,557 days.It shows that the research method can effectively manage and optimize the progress of the project schedule.
