Analysis of Measures to Reduce Rebound Capacity of Sprayed Concrete
In order to improve the efficiency and speed of shotcrete construction in Ahu Reservoir,and reduce resource waste of resources,the reasons for the high rebound rate of sprayed concrete during construction process are analyzed.The results show the main causes of this phenomenon are the inexperienced operators,the inappropriate methods,the insufficient mechanical accuracy and the non-conforming mix ratio.After comprehensively consideration,the following methods are adopted in strict accordance with the operating procedures.Firstly,a concentric diameter reducing diffusion tube with a hole is installed at the original nozzle.Secondly,the mix ratio of sprayed concrete is strictly controlled.Thirdly,the concrete rebound rate significantly decreases after removing the large deviation values and averaging the remaining values.The results can provide reference for concrete construction.
