The Effective Path of County Soil and Water Conservation to Help Rural Revitalization
The issues of agriculture,rural areas and farmers are fundamental issues concerning the national economy and people's livelihood.Agricultural strength,rural beauty and farmers'wealth are important indicators to measure the sense of achievement and happiness of hundreds of millions of farmers,and also related to the degree of comprehensive rural revitalization and the quality of socialist modernization in China.In this context,the work of county soil and water conservation must be innovated continuously,and explore an effective path of county soil and water conservation to help rural revitalization.This paper summarizes the internal relationship between soil and water conservation and rural revitalization,and explains the development needs and experience of county soil and water conservation from five aspects:harmonious and beautiful rural construction,rural industry development,ecological civilization construction,rural livelihood improvement and rural tourism development.On this basis,the next suggestions for the work of county soil and water conservation in Henan Province are put forward.
