The Necessity of the Construction of Qiulonggou Flood Control Project
Qiulonggou is located in the middle and lower reaches of Shangqiu.The river channel is located in the traditional agricultural area.The demonstration area has a large population,a large area of cultivated land and convenient basic transportation facilities,.The flood disasters in the basin threaten agricultural production and farmers'livelihood.They restrict the pace of economic and social development.According to the current situation of Qiulonggou River and bridge,combined with the problems and deficiencies in the process of river treatment in the past few decades.The necessity of flood control project construction is analyzed in this paper.
