Comprehensive Reform Measures of Agricultural Water Price in Irrigation Area
This paper discusses the current situation and problems of the comprehensive reform of agricultural water price in irrigation areas,and puts forward measures to deepen the reform.In the analysis of the current situation,we pay attention to the construction of agricultural water rights system,water supply metering facilities,and agricultural water price formation mechanism.At the same time,the problems that may arise in the implementation process are highlighted,such as insufficient policy awareness and poor maintenance of measurement facilities.In order to deepen the comprehensive reform of agricultural water price,this paper proposes measures such as strengthening publicity,rationalizing water price,implementing maintenance funds,and optimizing crop structure.These measures aim to promote the scientific formulation and precise implementation of agricultural water prices,realize the efficient and sustainable development of agricultural production,and provide reference and reference for water resources management and agricultural production in China.
