Water-saving Evaluation and Water-saving Potential Analysis of a Construction Project in Panzhou City,Liupanshui
The current situation evaluation and potential analysis of water-saving in reservoir construction projects are an important basis for the scientific planning of water source engineering,which is of great engineering significance for the regional water conservancy development planning.Therefore,based on the current situation of water conservation evaluation and water conservation potential analysis of the Huchong Reservoir construction project in Panzhou City,Liupanshui,a typical case study is conducted for analysis and research.The results show that in order to familiarize with the project overview,the first step is to complete the current water-saving evaluation based on the scope and level years of the water-saving evaluation,the evaluation of the current water saving level(including current water supply,the compliance of current water supply and regional"three red lines",current water saving level evaluation,etc.).At the same time,current water saving potential is conducted and main countermeasures are proposed.It can provide reference for water saving evaluation and water saving potential analysis of similar construction projects.
