Study on Optimization of Mud Circulation Process in Pipe Jacking Construction of Daxing Line of South-to-North Water Diversion Project
In the pipe jacking construction project of the water conservancy project, the traditional mud circulation process has problems such as large water consumption, large amount of mud waste, and high process treatment costs. In particular, the environmental pollution problems generated during the construction process have not been properly solved.Based on the Daxing Line pipe jacking construction project of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project, this paper optimizes the slurry circulation process of the slurry-water balance pipe jacking in the water-rich sand layer by adding slurry dehydration and tail water purification equipment to the original process. The waste mud is filtered, dehydrated, and the dehydrated filtrate is purified and reused, achieving the goals of mud reduction, water conservation, and resource utilization. The specific conclusions are as follows. In the comparison of process application effects, the optimized mud circulation process can save water by 24 m3/m,bentonite by 2.5 t/m,and save 45 yuan/m3 in the process of waste mud treatment. The moisture content of dry mud after dehydration is only about 46%.Compared with 68%of the original process,it not only meets the requirements of sludge content<60%for mixed landfill, but also conforms to the concept of recycling and saving environmental protection, and greatly reduces the cost of pollutant treatment, which provides guidance for the optimization of traditional mud circulation process.
