Study on Evolution of Seepage Characteristics of Soil Slope under Water Level Plummets
The stability of the bank slope of the reservoir has a significant impact on the local hydrological environment.According to the actual situation that the lake bank slope water level often occurs sudden rise and fall, the seepage characteristics of the slope before and after the water level drops are analyzed by using numerical simulation software. The results show that the water pressure and pressure head in the slope increase with the slope depth increasing before and after the water level plummets.,The hydraulic conductivity and volumetric water content increase with the increase of soil water pressure before and after the change of water level. The seepage effect of water in soil is obvious. It can be seen that the slope can keep stable before and after the water level plummets. The results can be used for reference to analyze the seepage characteristics of similar slope engineering under the condition of water level fluctuation.
