Spatial Layout Planning of Water Conservancy Infrastructure in Zhengzhou
With the development of urbanization,Zhengzhou,as the capital of Henan province and a national-level central city,is facing the complicated contradiction between water resources utilization,water environmental protection and urban development.The spatial layout planning of waterconservancy infrastructure is of great significance to the sustainable development of cities and the improvement of natural disaster prevention capabilities.Therefore,it is necessary to put forward a scientific and reasonable spatial planning plan through in-depth analysis of the current situation of Zhengzhou's water conservancy infrastructure and urban development needs.This paper first introduces the basic status of hydrology in Zhengzhou.On this basis,it analyzes the delineation of reserved land for water conservancy infrastructure,functional planning of water ecological protection and restoration,and spatial planning of water resource construction projects,etc.Combining with the urban development planning and water resources utilization requirements,the corresponding spatial layout planning scheme is put forward to improve the urban water conservancy anti-disaster ability.It provides strong support for the construction of livable and business-friendly cities,provides scientific basis for the utilization of urban water resources and environmental protection,and promote the sustainable development of cities.
