防洪治理中沟渠清淤疏浚方式比较

为探索经济适用、切实可行的城市河道清淤疏浚技术模式,以滏阳河邯郸市城区段为例,在概述河段淤积现状的基础上,结合当前工程实践经验,对水力清淤和机械清淤两种模式展开比较分析,并提出水力清淤+管道输送+自然风干工艺的滏阳河初步防洪治理方案;进而对包括耙吸挖泥船、绞吸挖泥船、链斗挖泥船、抓斗挖泥船等在内的水下清淤机具性能、适用性进行比较;最终确定采用小型生态环保清淤船与专用清淤平台相结合的清淤工艺,并对该工艺清淤处治效果及优越性展开分析和验证。结果表明,小型生态环保清淤船清淤工艺是在较好克服传统清淤技术劣势的基础上发展起来的新兴清淤技术,清淤效率高,能有效避免对环境的二次污染,快速固化后的底泥及尾水均能资源化利用,具有十分优异的经济效益和生态环境效益。
Comparison of Ditch Dredging Methods in Flood Control Treatment
In order to explore the economical,applicable and feasible technology mode of urban river dredging,the urban section of Handan City in Fuyang River is taken as an example.On the basis of summarizing the current situation of river siltation,combined with the current engineering practice experience,comparative analysis of the two modes of hydraulic dredging and mechanical dredging is carried out.a preliminary flood control and treatment plan for Fuyang River is proposed,which includes hydraulic dredging,pipeline transportation,and natural air drying technology.Then,the performance and applicability of the underwater dredging machines,including the rake suction dredger,twisted suction dredger,chain bucket dredger,grab bucket dredger and so on,are compared;The final decision is to adopt a dredging process that combines a small ecological and environmentally friendly dredging ship with a dedicated dredging platform,and to analyze and verify the dredging treatment effect and superiority of this process.The results show that the small ecological environmental protection dredging ship dredging technology is an emerging dredging technology developed on the basis of overcoming the disadvantages of traditional dredging technology.It has high dredging efficiency and can effectively avoid secondary pollution to the environment.The quickly solidified sediment and tail water can be used as resources,and has excellent economic and ecological benefits.
