Design and Study on HSCC Mix Proportion of Slate Powder
The traditional fly ash was replaced by slate pulverized stone powder and active mineral admixture.The working performance,compressive strength,alkali activity evaluation and material cost calculation of concrete were tested.The results show that when the ratio of stone powder to composite admixture is 2:8,the concrete performance is the best,and the unit price of the original fly ash is reduced by 12.70%.The dosage of the two is linearly related to the compressive strength of concrete.The properties of composite admixtures are similar to those of fly ash.The slate materials are non-alkaline and can be used to prepare HSCC to cope with the risk of insufficient supply of fly ash.
