Factor Analysis of Ammonia Nitrogen in Water Quality Monitoring with Nesser's Reagent Spectrophotometry
In water quality monitoring, the content of ammonia nitrogen in water samples was measured by Nesser's reagent spectrophotometry. In order to ensure the effective monitoring of ammonia nitrogen content, the key factors affecting the determination of ammonia nitrogen, such as storage time of water sample, turbidity of water sample, light wavelength, color development time and pH value were analyzed. The optimum conditions for measuring ammonia nitrogen were obtained. Therefore,in the future measurement,it is necessary to avoid the influence of the above factors on the measurement results as much as possible,so as to improve the accuracy and scientific results of ammonia nitrogen.
