摘要

为了分析卫河坡洼(共渠西)蓄滞洪区工程建设的社会风险情况,在前人研究基础上,选取了10个评价指标,并采用组合赋权的方法获取各指标的权重,政策方案风险、项目质量风险、停产停运影响是其中权重较大的影响因素;通过对利益相关人员进行问卷调查,该工程建设社会风险等级为低风险.建议在工程实施过程中,加强对政策方案风险、项目质量风险、停产停运影响的管控,进一步降低工程建设风险.

Abstract

In order to analyze the social risk of the project construction of the flood storage and detention area of the Wei River,the research was carried out on the basis of previous studies.10 evaluation indexes were selected.The weight of each index was obtained by the method of combination weighting,in which the policy scheme risk,the project quality risk and the influence of shutdown were the influential factors with greater weight.Through the questionnaire survey of stakeholders,the social risk level of the project construction is low risk.It is suggested that in the process of project implementation,the management and control of policy and scheme risk,project quality risk and the effect of shutdown should be strengthened,so as to further reduce the risk of project construction.
