Sustainable Utilization of Water Resources in Fanchang District,Wuhu City
The sustainable utilization of water resources aims to ensure the stability of water supply,improve utilization efficiency,protect water ecological environment,promote socio-economic development,address climate change and water resource risks,and achieve sustainable development of economy,society,and environment.This study takes the water resources in Fanchang District,Wuhu City as research object and analyzes the sustainable utilization of water resources based on data from 2001 to 2022.Through the study of indicators such as water resource utilization efficiency,water resource utilization structure,water resource utilization balance,water resource consumption intensity,and water resource renewable rate,the reality and development trend of sustainable water resource utilization in the region have been obtained.The research results indicate that Fanchang District in Wuhu City has improved its water resource utilization efficiency,utilization structure,utilization balance,and renewable rate.However,it is still necessary to strengthen the conservation and protection of water resources to ensure their sustainable utilization.
