Construction Technology of Mirror Concrete Lining for Flood Discharge and Sand Discharge Tunnels
The flood discharge and sand discharge tunnel of Luoning Hydropower Station is an important part of pumped storage power station project,which is mainly used for flood discharge and sand discharge diversion of lower reservoir during flood peak period.In the course of flood discharge and diversion,the water will produce great scouring force on the bottom plate and the side wall of the flow surface,so the appearance quality and shape of the whole lining structure of the flood discharge and sand drainage tunnel are required to be higher.Through template selection,construction mix optimization,vibration process control and other measures,the project has formed a set of standard mirror concrete lining construction technology,which realizes the accurate,smooth and defect-free construction of concrete,and achieves the effect of"mirror concrete",which provides a good reference for other similar projects.
