The Design of a Surface Flow Wetland Located Upstream of Mogu Reservoir
Mogu Lake Reservoir is a large-scale diversion and injection plain reservoir based designed for irrigation.mainly inducting water,Manas River flooding and winter idle water. It is threatened by various types of sewage around the diversion canal and reservoir. The current water quality of the reservoir is inferior V.In order to effectively reduce the total amount of pollutants in the watershed and achieve the goal of stable water quality of Mogu Lake to reach Class V,a synergistic approach combining physical, chemical and biological processes is implemented through coastal zone treatment in spring, summer and autumn.Under the premise of promoting the virtuous cycle of pollutants in wastewater, sludge treatment gives full play to the production potential of resources, prevents environmental re-pollution,and obtains the best benefits of sewage treatment and resource utilization. This paper primarily presents the design of the coastal surface flow wetland project, elucidating its layout, scale and specific design.By passing through the surface flow wetland, sewage undergoes biological purification to achieve stable water quality in Mogu Lake at Class V level.
