在水利信息化技术不断发展和中小型骨干水源工程对高效、安全的运行管理需求日益上升的大环境下,研究提出了一种依托水利信息化技术的中小型骨干水源工程智能化运行管理策略。该管理平台构建了包括数据收集与处理、水质监控与预警系统,以及水库运行控制与调度三个核心模块的架构,旨在对水源工程的关键环节如水量、水质和安全实现实时监控与智能化管理。经过实践测试和应用验证,该平台表现出高效的数据处理能力、快捷的信息传递效率和精确的预警机制,为中小型骨干水源工程的运行管理带来了创新的技术方法,具备广阔的应用潜力和推广价值。
The Application of Water Conservancy Informatization in the Operation and Management of Small and Medium-sized Backbone Water Source Projects
Under the continuous development of water conservancy information technology and the increasing demand for efficient and safe operation and management of small and medium-sized backbone water source projects,an intelligent operation and management strategy for small and medium-sized backbone water source projects relying on water conservancy information technology is put forward in this study.The management platform builds a framework of three core modules,including data collection and treatment,water quality monitoring and early warning system,and reservoir operation control and dispatching,aiming to realize real-time monitoring and intelligent management of the key links of water source engineering,such as water quantity,water quality and safety.After conducting practical tests and verifying its application,the platform has demonstrated efficient data processing capabilities,fast information transmission efficiency and accurate early warning mechanism.These innovative technical methods have significantly enhanced the operation and management of small and medium-sized backbone water source projects,showcasing substantial potential for widespread application and promotion.
