Research on a Portable Flow Measurement Device for Open Channels Based on the Pitot tube Principle
The advancement of water conservancy informatization has led to increasingly stringent demands for the precision of open channel flow measurement.However,the measurement of open channel flow still presents a series of challenges.In order to enhance measurement accuracy oand reduce costs,a portable measuring device based is designed based on Pitot tube principle,integrating a differential pressure sensor and a single-chip microcomputer controller.Based on the Pitot tube principle,the differential pressure signal is converted using AD conversion function,processed by STC12C5A60S2 single chip microcontroller.The measured value is then displayed on either the LCD screen or upper computer through a conversion program,enabling online monitoring of flow and providing a new method for open channel flow measurement.
