天津干线工程是南水北调中线一期工程的重要组成部分,是解决天津市水资源紧缺、保证国民经济可持续发展的重要战略性工程.天津干线工程以现浇钢筋混凝土箱涵为主,采用全箱涵无压接有压全自流输水方案.为保障天津干线通水运行安全,文章利用箱涵试验模型,通过现场生产性试验,针对箱涵变形缝渗漏问题,对内部处理止水材料及技术进行分析研究,得到了两种施工简易快速、适应性强、止水效果好的箱涵变形缝内部处理方法,希望能为类似工程变形缝渗漏内部处理提供一些参考与借鉴.
The Tianjin Trunk Line Project is a crucial component of the initial phase of the middle route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project,which serves as a significant strategic initiative aimed at addressing water resource scarcity in Tianjin and ensuring sustainable development of the national economy.The main project of the Tianjin Trunk Line consists of a cast-in-place reinforced concrete box culverts,which adopts a water transmission scheme that utilizes the entire box culvert without any pressure connection or interruptions.In order to ensure the safety of the Tianjin Trunk Line operation,a box culvert test model is used and field production tests are conducted to analyze and investigate the internal treatment of water sealing materials and technologies for deformation joints leakage in box culverts.Two kinds of internal treatment methods for box culvert deformation joints,which are characterized by simple construction,strong adaptability and excellent water sealing effect hoping to provide some references for the internal treatment of deformation joint leakage in similar projects.
