桥梁工程桩验收时,需确定其承载力以保证结构安全.相较于常规的堆载法、锚桩法等检测手段应用,桩基自平衡法具有操作简便、不受场地限制、结果可靠、综合检测成本低等优势.检测过程中采用慢速维持荷载法,判定分级加卸载、位移观测及稳定标准指标满足条件,最终加载量满足设计单桩承载力特征值两倍,完成单桩竖向抗压承载力检测.
During the acceptance of bridge engineering piles,it is necessary to determine their bearing capacity to ensure structural safety.Compared to conventional testing methods such as pile loading and anchor pile,the self-balancing method of pile foundation has advantages such as simple operation,no site restrictions,reliable results,and low comprehensive testing cost.In the process of testing,the slow maintained load method was used to determine whether the grading loading and unloading,displacement observation,and stability standard indicators meet the conditions.The final loading capacity meets twice the characteristic value of the designed single pile bearing capacity,and the vertical compressive bearing capacity test of the single pile is completed
