In the context of sustainable development,this paper studies and analyzes social capital procurement decisions in franchise projects.Based on the analysis and summary of the social capital index system in franchise projects from the perspective of sustainability,15 evaluation indicators are determined from the four levels of management ability,technical level,credit reputation and financial status,so as to establish the social capital selection index system.The weight of each index is divided by triangular fuzzy entropy method,and the social capital decision in franchise project is evaluated by TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,a concrete case is given to verify the feasibility of the proposed method,so as to provide a strong support for the reasonable selection of social funds in franchise projects.
