Cause Analysis and Countermeasures of Irrigation Area Reduction in Baisha Irrigation Area
Baisha irrigation area is one of the large irrigation areas in Henan province,undertaking the task of irrigating of 16 villages and towns in the Jian'an District of Yuzhou.Since the opening of the irrigation district,the irrigation area has diverted 2.98 billion cubic meters of water,playing an important role in local agricultural production and economic development,and making a huge contribution to the improvement of people's living standards in the irrigation area.From September 2014 to 2021 June,due to water shortage in the reservior,the irrigated area has not been irrigated for many years,and the field project was seriously damaged,resulting in low irrigation efficiency.In this paper,the causes of irrigation area attenuation in Baisha irrigation area are analyzed,and the corresponding measures are put forward,to increase agricultural efficiency in irrigated areas and lay the foundation for increasing farmers'income,which contributes to the revitalization of the countryside.
