为了提高横排头枢纽安全性,对消力池进行除险加固。结合工程实际情况,选择溢流坝下游续建二级消力池方案。由于消力池存在圆弧段、斜坡段,导致施工过程中出现圆弧段胀模、斜坡段混凝土出现气泡等问题,是施工控制的难点。结合施工情况,针对存在的施工质量难点,提出相应的解决措施,保证了施工质量,可为类似工程提供参考。
Plan and Construction Quality Control Measures for Hengpaitou Hub Stilling Basin
In order to improve the safety of the Hengpaitou hub,the stilling basin was reinforced and removed from danger.Based on the actual situation of the project,the plan of continuing to build a second level stilling basin downstream of the overflow dam was selected.Due to the presence of arc and slope sections in the stilling basin,problems such as expansion of the arc section and bubbles in the concrete of the slope section occur during the construction process,which are difficulties in construction control.Based on the construction situation and the existing construction quality difficulties,corresponding solutions are proposed to ensure construction quality,which can provide reference for similar projects.
