水库枢纽工程水土保持措施施工技术是治理项目建设产生水土流失的主要技术环节,对易产生水土流失的重点区域高质量治理具有十分重要的工程意义。为此,结合黄家湾水库枢纽工程水土保持措施施工技术实践案例展开分析研究。结果表明,在全面熟悉工程项目概况的基础上,首先,进行工程措施施工(主要包括挡渣墙施工、截排水沟施工方法及技术要求、土地整治施工和表土剥离、回覆等方面);其次,实施植物措施施工(主要包括植树种草施工技术要求、三维网植草护坡等方面);最后,展开临时措施施工。这种以工程措施为先导,发挥其速效性和控制性特点,为后续植物措施实施创造条件的水土保持措施施工技术实践,也可为类似工程实践提供借鉴参考。
Construction Technology of Water and Water Conservation Measures for Huangjiawan Reservoir Project
The construction technology of soil and water conservation measures for reservoir hub project is the main technical link of soil and water loss in the control project construction,which has great engineering significance for high-quality control in key areas prone to soil and water loss.Therefore,based on the practical case of soil and water conservation measures construction technology in the Huangjiawan Reservoir Hub Project,analysis and research are carried out.The results show that,on the basis of fully familiar with the project overview,the first step is to carry out engineering measures construction(mainly including construction of slag retaining wall,construction methods and technical requirements for intercepting and drainage ditches,land consolidation construction,topsoil stripping and recovering);Secondly,plant measures construction is carried out(mainly including technical requirements of tree planting and planting,3D network planting grass protection,etc.);Finally temporary measures will be implemented for construction.This construction technology practice of soil and water conservation measures,which takes the engineering measures as the guide,gives full play to its quick efficiency and controlling characteristics,and creates conditions for the subsequent implementation of the plant measures,can also provide reference for similar engineering practices.
