摘要
文章解析了水生态文明的内涵,并审视其对河湖健康的益影响及带来的挑战;继而阐释构建河湖健康评价体系的框架,并揭示评价方法的利弊;并对评价体系实施的现实路径及其作为河湖健康治理工具的增值空间提出了独到见解.
Abstract
This paper analyzes the connotation of water ecological civilization,and examines its beneficial impact on the health of rivers and lakes and the challenges it brings.Then it explains the framework of constructing the river and lake health evaluation system,and reveals the advantages and disadvantages of the evaluation method.The author also puts forward a unique view on the practical way of implementing the evaluation system and its value-added space as a tool of river and lake health management.
