摘要
南水北调丹江口水库(某段)高水位蓄水影响地质灾害治理通过项目的实施,解决丹江口水库蓄至正常蓄水位170 m(吴淞高程)时对库周土地征收线以上人口房屋影响、耕园地影响,以及道路淹没等问题,解决群众民生问题,消除蓄水对群众生产生活带来的不利因素,维护库区社会稳定,保障南水北调中线工程长期安全运行.文章根据项目地质情况,注重分析了受蓄水影响的乡镇、村庄等涉及居民房屋、耕园地等方面采取的处理措施.
Abstract
The high water level storage of Danjiangkou Reservoir(a certain section)in the South to North Water Diversion Project affects geological disaster management.Through the implementation of the project,it will solve the problems such as the impact on the population's houses above the land expropriation line around the reservoir when Danjiangkou Reservoir reaches the normal water level of 170 m(Wusong elevation).It can also solve the impact on the cultivated land,and the flooding of roads,so as to solve the problems of people's livelihood problems,eliminate the unfavorable factors brought by water storage to the production and life of the people,maintain the social stability of the reservoir area,and ensure the long-term safe operation of the middle route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project.According to the geological conditions of the project,this paper focuses on the analysis of the treatment measures taken taken to address the impact on residential buildings,cultivated land,and other aspects in the towns and villages affected by the water storage.
