供水工程基坑支护中拉森钢板桩的应用

为探索拉森钢板桩在基坑支护应用中的技术要点,以揭阳引韩供水工程为例,对其北环大道输水管线开挖期间基坑支护方案展开优化设计,并对支护结构进行受力验算;进而从导轨架安装、钢板桩施打、坑外土体加固、基坑降排水、钢板桩拔除等方面对施工要点展开分析探讨。结果表明,供水工程基坑开挖支护中使用拉森钢板桩结构,有利于其方便快捷、经济环保优势的充分发挥;因拉森钢板桩结构整体刚度一般,对于较深的基坑可能会引发围护体形变,故应积极探索辅助性加固方案。
Application of Larsen Steel Sheet in Foundation Pit Support of Water Supply Projects
In order to explore the technical points of Larsen steel sheet pile in the application of foundation pit support,taking Jieyang water supply project as an example,the optimization design of the foundation pit support scheme during the excavation of the North Ring Road water pipeline was carried out,and the stress calculation of the support structure was carried out;Furthermore,the construction points are analyzed and discussed from the aspects of guide rail frame installation,steel sheet pile construction,soil reinforcement outside the pit,foundation pit drainage,steel sheet pile removal The results show that the use of Larsen steel sheet structure in the excavation of foundation pit support of water supply engineering is conducive to the full play of its advantages of convenience,speed,economy,and environmental protection;because the overall stiffness of the Larsen steel sheet structure is general,it may cause the deformation of the deep foundation pit,so the auxiliary reinforcement scheme should be actively explored.
