摘要
洹河于曹节制闸位于安阳市北关区京珠高速公路东180 m,洹河导线桩号34+720处,工程等级为Ⅱ等.已运行将近10年,为保证于曹节制闸运行安全,实现洹河河畅、水清、岸绿、景美,同时保证安阳市区和下游人民群众的生命财产安全,对于曹节制闸进行安全检测、分析复核、评价,为以后水闸安全运行管理和维修养护提供依据.
Abstract
The Yucao Control Gate of Huan River is located 180 m east of Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway of Beiguan District,Anyang City.It is located in the main River wire pile number 34+720.The engineering grade is classified as Class II.It has been in operation for nearly 10 years.In order to ensure the safety of the operation of Yucao Gate,realize a smooth flow of water,maintain green riverbanks,and preserve beautiful scenery of the main river,as well as guarantee the safety of life and property for the residents in Anyang City and downstream areas,comprehensive safety detection,analysis,review and evaluation are conducted.It provides a foundation for future secure operational management and maintenance of the gate in the future.
