区域水资源的供需平衡分析,对水资源的可持续利用及乡村振兴规划意义重大。文章以辽宁省凌源市区域农村供水为例,在对其区域农村供水现状分析的基础上,分别计算了该区域8个乡镇的地表水和地下水资源总量,并在现阶段各产业用水基础上,以农村人口增长为基础,预测了设计15年的居民用水量。通过对凌源市农村饮用水供需平衡系统分析,有效评估研究区水资源供需状况,项目区水资源可利用量为8 281。00万m3,合计需水量为2 298。50万m3,平衡后余水量5 982。50万m3,认为在现阶段的人口增长下,各乡镇的具体需水量与可利用水资源量比值都小于50%,可知15年的设计年限内,项目区供需水量远远满足要求。该区域水资源量充裕,可满足未来发展需要。
Analysis on Supply and Demand Balance of Rural Drinking Water in Lingyuan City
The analysis of the supply-demand balance of regional water resources is of great significance for the sustainable utilization of water resources and rural revitalization planning.Taking the rural water supply in Lingyuan City,Liaoning Province as an example,based on the analysis of the current situation of rural water supply in the region,the total amount of surface water and groundwater resources in 8 townships in the region was calculated.On the basis of current industrial water use and rural population growth,the designed residential water consumption for 15 years was predicted.Through the analysis of the rural drinking water supply and demand balance system in Lingyuan City,the water supply and demand situation in the research area was effectively evaluated.The available water resources in the project area were 82.81 million m3,with a total water demand of 22.985 million m3 and a balance of 59.825 million m3.It is believed that under the current population growth,the specific water demand to available water resources ratio of each township is less than 50%,indicating that within the 15 year design period,the water supply and demand in the project area far meet the requirements.The area has abundant water resources and can meet future development needs.
