为推动引调水工程高质量及生态文明建设,从水土保持角度分析优化主体工程设计,以跨韩江、榕江、练江三个流域的水系连通工程为例,在概述工程规模及产生水土流失影响的基础上,从工程的选址选线、工程占地、土石方平衡、施工组织及主体设计中具有水土保持功能工程等方面进行水土保持方面的分析与评价。结论为主体工程设计过程中考虑了工程建设与水土保持之间的平衡,符合水土保持要求,通过补充工程措施、临时措施和植物措施,可以对工程的水土流失起到很好的控制作用。
Analysis and Evaluation on Soil and Water Conservation of the Follow-up Optimization Project of Hanjiang River,Rongjiang River and Lianjiang River Interconnecting System
In order to promote the high quality and ecological civilization construction of water diversion project,the main engineering design of Hanjiang River,Rongjiang River and Lianjiang River interconnecting system is analyzed and optimized from the aspect of soil and water conservation.This paper analyzes and evaluates the site selection,project area,soil and rock balance,construction organization and soil&water conservation engineering in the design of the main engineering on the basis of introduction of the project scale and potential soil erosion influence.The balance between engineering construction,ecological environment and soil&water conservation is considered in the main project design,which meet the requirements of soil&water conservation,and could effectively control soil erosion by taking appropriate supplementary engineering measures,temporary measures and plant measures.
