Design of Foundation Treatment Scheme for the Spillway Inlet of Gushitan Reservoir
The inlet of the spillway of Gushitan Reservoir is a dam abutment spillway.Before reinforcement,the dam crest elevation was in compliance with the specification requirements,while the flood control capacity was inadiquate,and the settlement of the spillway sluice bed was uneven.After alternatives comparison,the scheme of building a spillway without heightening the dam crest was adopted.During the construction of the spillway,considering that the foundation rock surface of the circular arc wing wall on the left bank of the inlet was buried deep,high-pressure rotary jet grouting pile composite foundation and riprap protection were adopted.After treatment,the retaining wall stabilized and the bearing capacity satisfied the requirements.
