富水粉砂土地区深基坑降水智能化控制系统的应用

针对传统的深基坑降水费人、费时、费钱,数据准确度差,只能根据现场工人经验开启或停止抽排水等问题,开发了一种通过集成物联网技术、数据采集通信技术、可视化实时监测技术、智能监测分析技术、人工智能技术、水泵智能控制技术等技术组成的智能化控制系统。该智能降水控制系统能够设计优化降水方案,实时监测降水过程,精准控制降水水位及漏斗曲线,并将降水大数据上传云平台,利用人工智能技术进行智能分析决策,智能控制水泵启停和运行频率调整。经工程实践证明,该系统可以降低施工造价,精准控制降水深度,为类似工程提供一定的参考。
Application of Intelligent Control System to Deep Foundation Pit Dewatering in Watery Silty Soil Area
A smart control system has been developed,which integrates Internet of Things technology,data collection and communication technology,visual real-time monitoring technology,intelligent monitoring and analysis technology,artificial intelligence technology,and intelligent pumping control technology,to address the problems of traditional deep foundation pit dewatering that is time-consuming,expensive,with poor data accuracy.The intelligent dewatering control system has the function of design and optimization of dewatering scheme,real-time monitoring the dewatering process,precisely controlling dewatering level and funnel curve,uploading the dewatering big data to the cloud platform.The artificial intelligence technology is used for intelligent analysis and decision-making,intelligent control of the start and stop of pumps,and adjustment of pump running frequency.Engineering practice has proved that the system can reduce the construction cost,precisely control the dewatering depth,and provide reference for similar projects.
