Soil and Water Conservation Measures for a Logistics Hub Base Project
The logistics hub base project has soil and water conservation functions and the measures in the soil and water conservation program include temporary cover of logistics storage area,storm water networks and greening for road works,temporary cover for living quarters,temporary cover and barriers for topsoil protection in temporary soil dump area,etc..According to the Technical Standards for Soil and Water Conservation of Production and Construction Projects(GB50433-2018),the soil and water conservation measures designed for the main body of the logistics hub base project can effectively prevent and control soil erosion,but lacks the measures for topsoil stripping in the logistics and storage area,the measures for topsoil stripping,land consolidation,temporary drainage ditches,and temporary silting tanks,temporary covers and barriers for topsoil protection in temporary soil dump area in new road construction.Integrating the soil and water conservation measures in the main project design and the new soil and water conservation measures could form a complete comprehensive prevention and control system for soil and water conservation.
