基于灰色关联分析的河南省农业旱灾脆弱性评估

为了降低农业干旱造成的危害,选取10项与农业干旱密切相关的指标,采用灰色关联分析法,分别以最劣值、最优值作为参考系列对河南省2015年各地农业旱灾脆弱性进行评估,结果表明:两种参考系列算得的各地干旱脆弱性排序略有不同,但基本趋势一致,即豫东南的信阳、商丘、驻马店干旱脆弱性较弱,而豫西的济源、三门峡、洛阳和东部的开封则脆弱性较强,其他地市处于两者之间;原因在于豫东南雨水充沛,农田易于灌溉、粮食产量较高,降低了干旱脆弱性,豫西地区雨量相对较少,影响农田灌溉和粮食产量,增加了干旱脆弱性。结论:豫西地区要加大农业投入、兴修水利,同时要倡导科技兴农、科技兴水,以减轻农业干旱风险。
Vulnerability Assessment of Agricultural Drought in Henan Based on Grey Correlation Analysis
To reduce the damage caused by agricultural drought,ten indicators closely related to agricultural drought are selected,and grey correlation analysis method is adopted to evaluate the vulnerability of agricultural drought in Henan Province in 2015,with the worst value and the optimal value as the reference series.The results show that there are slightly difference of the drought vulnerability calculated with two reference series,but the basic trend are consistent,namely,the drought vulnerability in Xinyang,Shangqiu,and Zhumadian in the south-east of Henan are weaker,and the vulnerability are stronger in Jiyuan,Sanmenxia,and Luoyang in west Henan,and Kaifeng in east Henan,while the other cities are in between.The reason is that the rainfall is abundant in southeast Henan,so the farm irrigation could be guaranteed and grain yield is high,which could reduce the drought vulnerability,while in west Henan rainfall is relatively less,as a result,the farmland irrigation and the grain yield are affected,thus the drought vulnerability is high.It is necessary to increase agricultural input to build more water conservancy facilities in west Henan,meanwhile,to promote development of agriculture and water conservancy through science and technology,so as to reduce the risk of agricultural drought in the area.
