Research on the Design and Implementation Strategy of Continued Construction Plan for Hongsheng Irrigation District
The study focuses on the continued construction of the Hongsheng Irrigation District in Xinbin County,Fushun City,and explores the application and necessity of modern technology in the irrigation district.Based on the analysis of the problems in the backbone projects operation of the irrigation district,a series of targeted continued construction plan designs have been proposed,aiming to improve water use efficiency and management level.In the study field investigation and data analysis are conducted,and the implementation strategies are discussed.The research results indicate that the application of modern technology could effectively solve the problems in the irrigation district,improve water use efficiency and management level,and promote sustainable development of agricultural production,which could provide scientific basis for optimizing agricultural irrigation management and increasing crop yield.
