Research on the Operation and Management of Water Conservancy and Hydropower Projects Based on Ecological Flow Guarantee
While promoting the economic development,the water conservancy and hydropower projects have had a negative impact on the river ecology.This study discusses the challenges of ecological flow guarantee posed by the hydropower project and countermeasures.Through empirical analysis and multiple regression analysis,the effective strategies such as strengthening data collection,establishing evaluation system,and coordinating engineering and ecological protection are put forward,so as to improve the ecological flow guarantee and provide reference for the management of water conservancy and hydropower projects.
