在堆石混凝土坝体的施工过程中,混凝土的多区域划分显著影响了施工效率.特别是堆石工序与模板搭建、廊道施工等环节的相互干扰,导致在常规施工中必须先进行其他高强度混凝土部位的模板搭建和浇筑,随后才进行低强度混凝土的堆石浇筑,这无疑增加了施工成本.针对大坝施工中不同强度混凝土衔接的复杂性,文章提出了一种高自密实性能混凝土的一体化浇筑技术.该技术充分利用了堆石混凝土的机械化快速施工优势,有效解决了工序间干扰大、施工效率低的问题.与传统的分区浇筑方法相比,该技术可将施工单价降低23%至36%.因此,该施工方法有潜力在国内其他堆石混凝土工程中得到推广应用.
During the construction process of rockfill concrete dams,the division of concrete into multiple areas significantly affects construction efficiency.In particular,the mutual interference between the rockfill process and the construction of formwork,galleries,etc.,leads to the necessity of first carrying out the formwork erection and pouring of other high-strength concrete areas in conventional construction,followed by the pouring of low-strength concrete,which undoubtedly increases construction costs.In response to the complexity of the connection between different strength concretes in dam construction,effectively solving the problems of large interference between processes and low construction efficiency.Compared with the traditional zoning pouring method,this technology can reduce construction unit prices by 23%to 36%.Therefore,this construction method has the potential to be widely applied in other rockfill concrete projects in China.
