结合供水工程条件,对供水管线系统进行水力过渡过程仿真计算,通过选择经济合理的工程措施,满足水锤防护目标。对输水系统进行恒定流计算和泵后无防护水泵抽水断电过渡过程计算后,管道负压严重的部位水体将发生汽化,易导致弥合水锤事故,危害系统安全。通过空气阀防护方案和双塔+空气阀防护方案进行计算比较,工程推荐双塔+空气阀的水锤防护方案。
Calculation and Analysis of Hydraulic Transients in a Pumping Station Project
Combined with the conditions of water supply engineering,the hydraulic transients simulation calculation of water supply pipeline system is made,and the water hammer protection objective is met by selecting economically reasonable engineering measures.After the constant flow calculation of the water supply system and the calculation of the transients of pumping without protection after the pump,the water body with severe negative pressure of the pipeline will be vaporized,which easily lead to the water hammer accident and endanger the safety of the system.Through the calculation and comparison of the air valve protection scheme and the double tower plus air valve protection scheme,the water hammer protection scheme of double tower plus air valve is recommended for this project.
