Common Problems and Maintenance Measures of Irrigation Canal
The maintenance and repair of irrigation canals are crucial for agricultural production.Irrigation system is indispensable to agricultural production,which will directly affect the growth and yield of crops.In the operation,damage or defect of canals are inevitable.Therefore,it is necessary to implement regular and reasonable maintenance and repair of irrigation canals,so as to ensure the normal operation of the irrigation system,improve the irrigation efficiency of the canal,and ensure the safety of the people and property in the surrounding area.In the paper,the routine maintenance and repair of irrigation canals are discussed,and the relevant measures including regular inspection,debris cleaning,anti-seepage reinforcement,and canal lining are introduced.
